We use 2 different technologies. One is a regular one, used to determine if an email is valid, accept-all (unverifiable), or invalid. The second one is specifically for 'Accept-all' emails, where we are able to determine if some of the emails are valid or not. This means that we are able to find more valid emails than other providers and exclude more invalid emails.
Yes. First, we do not have any "contact database," which means that we do not store contact information. Second, we only select providers that are CCPA and GDPR compliant and make sure to audit our providers to ensure their compliance with these regulations.

What we've found is that all data enrichment tools have real weaknesses in specific locations and industries. The enrichment rate of some U.S. vendors can be 5 to 10 times lower in EMEA. And even within EMEA, some data vendors will have a 40% success rate in some countries, and 10% in others.
